Lets get real. Power means nothing if you don't use it. The pokemon that has killed most trainer is probably Zubat so I would say Zubat is the most powerful pokemon.


Maybe you can take down a Zubat and that makes you let your guard down, but where there is one Zubat there is always more. Confuse ray might not kill you now but it will kill you one day.
