It's been a while, there wasn't a big wait between Brock and Misty so I assumed they weren't making any more.

I thought the Megahouse figures were going to be the only way to get gym leaders. They've made Ash/Misty and Jessie/James with Brock/Joy on the way. I'm guessing they'll be doing more including Gym leaders but these are based on the Anime.

I think they'll do Gary with Jenny or maybe Oak with Tracey next. I don't think they'll do gym leaders though. I would hope they skip to main characters, would love to see May/Dawn get made.
