for balltism yes. but the thing with mewtwo is you can prepare for the fight itself. Make sure to fight him in an area where he cant suffocate and make sure its dark so you can use duskball. a false swiper who can inflict status would also help to make it easier. healer nearby would be helpful so you can heal when you wipe.Bringing a dark type like bisharp helps alot. also don't send out ttar or you'll fuck it up with sandstream.
