Pearl is more feminine and Diamond is more masculine. Rubies are more masculine and Sapphires are more feminine. White's more feminine than Black. X is infinitely more feminine than Y (and Blue is more feminine than Red). Silver and Gold can be argued, but in alchemy Silver is associated with the Moon and Gold is associated with the Sun.

"Evil" organization tries to expose their regions to it in hopes of achieving a new life. Protag is forced to try and stop them. Final fight ends with Boss and Protag in the surface. Turns out the true "Evil" is the scientists and Elites of the regions trying to keep control for themselves. Protag must now bring down Elite4 and Champ and prove to the people that the surface is safe.

Post-Game is trying to adjust the population to life on the surface and be fruitful.
