It's not like you'd be obligated to heavily invest in it.
I play shitty mobile games because it's a good way to spend 5 minutes here and there. The key is just to take them lightly, be patient, take what you get for free, and not feel like you have to buy anything.

For $35, I expect they're going for the audience who will buy anything they think is cool like people who go on Pokémon forums. It really isn't worth more than $15.

People are excited about Pokémon Go; it's rubbish, but it's marketed well and is something a lot of people have dreamed about, so a lot of people will probably buy this expecting Go to be life-changing.
