Rhyperior actually serves a niche in the OU meta. It's best use is to be used as a physical bruiser, rather than a sweeper. Base 115 HP, 140 ATK, and 130 DEF is nothing to scoff at. It eats a hit and then KO's in return, or at least deals out more than it takes. And it can do it multiple times...assuming you don't leave it in on a water gun.
