There's no way they'll end releasing Pokemon so far, they do get money from selling Pokemon, new gen even if it has 50 Pokemon is a fresh breath for the new merchandise while at the same time the new console games not only back the new gen as always but also help the console sells as being an evergreen title saga for Nintendo.
