Just want to point out that the head of slaking is clearly supposed to look like a two toed sloth, with the pale fur and pink nose. So it's more like a sloth than you might think.

They sure are. Striped hyenas are underrated compared to the spotted ones, so I like that GF decided to base their hyena pokémon on them. Even if the constant "hurr durr it doesn't look like the hyenas in The Lion King, so it must be a wolf" gets annoying
