I think it will evolve into a Fiery Skipper (Hylephila phyleus). It's a type of moth very typic from hawaii. It may be Flying/Electric.

The first time I looked at the design bug/ground struck me but after reading the description electric also feels plausible. Can't really tell by design.
I actually searched the web for electricity loving bugs and all I found was spiders.
