Buff the BP of Giga Drain to be in line with Flamethrower and Ice Beam. (75 -> 90)

Create a grass-type equivalent of Fire Blast and put Leaf Storm back to 140 BP.

Sleep Powder and Stun Spore now have 80% accuracy.

Grass Whistle now has 70% accuracy and works through substitute.

Ingrain now restores 1/8th HP per turn.

Needle Arm is now a grass-type Hammer Arm.

Leech Seed now has 100% accuracy.

Power Whip now has 90% accuracy.

Grass is now effective on flying.
Grass now resists fairy.

Now it should be at least a LITTLE better, it can serve as a better defensive type since it's one of the few types to resist Fairy and having better spammable moves+hitting the ever-present Flying neutral means it can be okay offensively too. Buffing the accuracy of powder moves makes them not entirely useless.

Charizard (mega, at least) actually has sweeper stats to go along with its typings (fire is supereffective against steel, a GOOD typing).

Same with other fire types like Talonflame and Volcarona despite the existence of stealth rocks

Grass is weak to too many things to be defensive. It's not complete shit like ice, but grass types have been gimped out of a good special attack (Sceptile was first grass pokemon to have a decent STAB move in the form of Leaf Blade, then energy ball finally came at 4th gen) and have shitty coverage.

Give grass types more moves exclusive to their type, nerf ice beam/make it a "beginner" attack so it's no longer in the same tier as flamethrower/surf/psychic/thunderbolt, and make a new reliable, strong special attack ice move that only ice types can learn, so grass types can actually counter water pokemon
