The Speed stat is called Agility in Japanese. You can be fast without being agile.

Blame the English game translators. Pokemon is the only video game I've ever seen that calls that stat "Speed".

Too bad the archive is dead. There is another one like the one in the bottom right as well.

Note there is still shading on the higher parts of her legs in a few of these though. Plus there is also shading in the other one I just mentioned. Seems intentional to me.
