I don't think you can get Mewtwo in game because you can get it in XY. You can also SR for Mewtwo in XY. I forgot to mention that in my last post. You can't get Mew in game, but they just had the distro for it, so there's that. They had to have all of those legends in either XY or ORAS because of the blue pentagon, you know? All of those Pokemon had been released prior to gen 6, so they were lacking the pentagon and couldn't be used in the official tournament format. This was Gamefreak's way of allowing us to get legal legends and it was super nice of them to not shiny lock them all.
