This guy grow on me big time. At first I didn't care about him at all and based on the first evos I thought I might go with the owl. Unless the final evo is really shit or there will be a water type I like more, I'm gonna pick this guy.

At first, I was like "wtf?" when I saw this little dude and hated it. I had my eyes on Rowlet first, but that was day 1. Their designs grew on me especially Popplio, and Litten is a solid number 2 for me. If his final evolution turns out underwhelming, I'm still picking him regardless.

Honestly, Popplio is very much like Oshawott. m,any may bully and think he's weird but I wouldn't be surprised if Popplio turned out to be the better of the starters (much like Oshawott).

I hope they wont reveal the final forms before the game. The inner hipster in me doesn't like the majority hopping in the Popplibros bandwagon especially those who once hated him. They're not worthy. :P

True. I actually picked Oshawott in gen 5. I was quite indifferent to all of them when first evos were revealed but I thought I'll go with Oshawott because it was so bullied on internet (autistic now that I look back, but that's what I did). I ended up liking Samurott the most out of all of them anyways.

All of the gen 5 starters suck in my opinion, but I find Samurott to be the least awful out of them. I thought same about Greninja. I find it lame that I am going to probably pick water type starter three times a row, but can't help it.
