So I thought this would make a fun thread.
The basis is to take an in-game character's Pokemon Team, and heavily improve it by changing movesets, including natures, and beneficial abilities. Learnable moves can date back to Gen I, and you can include Pokemon from their previous incarnation team (In this case, I'll be including Red's Espeon from GSC instead of Lapras to add more diversity and type-coverage).

What's the point of the light clay on espeon without giving it any screens?
>>26701664
Red having a Mega Venasaur.
I'm glad it wasn't the same typical Charizard as main.

Six Mewtwos
>no mega charizard y with a chlorophyll venusaur
jesus it's like you want this to be easier than before
>>26701664
>Espeon @ Light Clay
>>26701664
>no charizard y
>venasaur mega evolves
>light clay with no screen moves
Posted something similar a year ago or so. Bulky offensive team with TR setter, VoltTurn pair and a scarfed revenge killer.

Toxic on Venusaur is useless when it's more beneficial to fish for poison with Sludge Bomb while also dealing damage. Even then you're probably better off with Mega Yzard + Chlorophyll Venusaur sun core. Scarf Blastoise should be Timid to at least outspeed most non-scarfers. With such a deadly FWG core Espeon will have actual CM recipents. Could use Dazzling Gleam or some Hidden Power instead of Substitute for extra offensive pressure, you don't need to dodge status with Magic Bounce and Espeon is too frail to tank anything anyway. Snorlax should have Crunch instead of EQ (otherwise it's fodder for Gengar) and Thick Fat instead of Immunity (useless on Rest set), but otherwise good. Pikachu is shit no matter what you put on it, but I'd really suggest special with HP Ice and Nuzzle to cripple certain threats.

The second team I made back then, or something to that effect. If this thread is still up in the next ten hours I'll do Grimsley next.
