Why not just one set of remakes that combines the story of BW and BW2 into a more coherent and bigger one? Plus there could be more tie ins by that time since we'll have 3 American regions

BW was made in more or less the same style as the Kalos region: plot-heavy, linear, far more handholding than previous generations.

What BW has over Kalos is a much better plot to focus on and a difficulty setting, even if the difficulty setting was gimped by being only accessible in the post game, by people with friends, or autistic rich people with 2 DS consoles.

I hope we get FRLG remakes before that. Not because I want to visit Kanto so badly, nor that they need to (since modding for gen 3 is farther ahead than gen 4) but because it leaves more space for the new games to improve even further. This can only mean the remakes will contain more in general
