Spite is so ebin because it has pressure and taunt, it lets you remove the average opponents entire movepool in like 10 turns.
The longer you stay in the battle relying on hacks, the more likely they will get crits, stat drops, flinches, and other bullshit.
Some of the most powerful moves have 8 pp, which means they can only use it TWICE if you're using spite. So even if funclops can't balk it for long, he will get rid of it anyway. If you're sitting there spamming flash hoping for hacks, they will be able to use it four times and possibly kill you.
