Just make it available early on so people are exposed to it before they have the opportunity to train up a stronger grass or flying type

If they give him an evo or Mega evo. I'd love it.

Tropius has a unique typing and design but lacks the stats to have him really shine.

I wish he got one in ORAS....oh well.
