The tail of Ho-Oh can be spread like a disc, so it's already incorporated to some extent. But yeah, another peacock pokémon would be cool anyway.

No way is it the shittiest. Wormadam-Ground is the best: it's the only fully evolved Pokemon of its type and it's got EQ, Sucker Punch, and Stealth Rock. At the very least, the Burmy line is interesting. Besides Eevee, Burmy can evolve directly into the most different types: Bug/Grass, Bug/Steel, Bug/Ground, and Bug/Flying.
