What would benefit me in a fire red nuzlocke the most, kadabra or vaporeon?
Believe it or not you can have both if you drop the Persian.

I'm in celadon and I'm trying to figure outIif I should pick the eevee or have my only chance to pick abra.
I haven't tried out a Fire Red nuzlocke myself but wont kadabra help in the long run especially against koga? Vaporeon is also good

Vaporeon is less squishy and has water/ice coverage (you still get Ice Beam in Celadon in FR right?), it is definitely the safer option.

He could get Ice Beam IIRC but he'd have to keep at the slots for a long time, unlike Gen I where some kid gives it to you for a soft drink.
Alright, should I go for one of the hitmons or wait until I get the lapras?
None. Get the Eevee and make it a Jolteon.
1) in FR nuzlockes there's a lack of good electric pokemon, which come in handy for Lorelei, the Gyaradoses of Lance and the Rival, and a few other mons in the league.
2) Kadabra is way too frail for a nuzlocke, especially if you play them with battle style set and no healing during battle
3) You'll get many very usable water types other than Vaporeon. Lapras is great for the E4 and a guaranteed catch, Gyarados is always available and reliable, Tentacruel and poliwrath are very decent and in LG Slowbro is great.

Chan sucks in 3rd gen because no phys/spec split, and Lee can get 1HKO very easily from physical moves. Neither of them are very helpful in the E4.
Pick Lapras, an Ice type is a must have against Lance and it's movepool is great.
Can you get the Ele Punches easily in FRed? If yes then Kadabra will carry things singlehandedly.
