No one has noticed yet thatRotom has'nt registered himself in the dex. Not even regular rotom. It appears he is trapped in the dex forever and cannot be used in battle (in case anyone was wondering) he is simply a talking pokemon item that is technically no longer a pokemon since he hasnt registered himself as one. That or our rotom is dumb and lazy
I still like our new pokedex nonetheless
Thoughts /vp? Is this realy whats going on?

He's in the machine and you haven't caught it. So the protag doesn't know how he really looks. So it makes sense I guess. But yea this is the feature I'm most hyped for. I really hope it can translate pokemon speech.

People have noticed, no one is talking about it because it's pretty obvious. Why would Rotom count towards your Dex when it's not a Pokemon that takes part in battles.
