Also, while I take a break from Laputa and think about what to do there (if replace or not the whole base), I'll continue on cumotropic/FLOAT.

I want to build just a single building on mid, then make undergrounds/tunnels to connect all islands. Also I want to add some rivers that wont hit the sea (will use blue glas or something like that)., and maybe more houses under it, like the one already built there.

I'll take some inspiration from wet&hot and will use these rocks block or whatever there.

Okay, this is ticking me off.

I'm on a superflat world with no fucking villages or anything around, and for some reason no matter WHAT my memory usage will NOT stop rising. It just keeps going until I hit all 2 gigs and then just restarts the process.

What the actual FUCK is this bullshit. I'd heard that the Pixeldevs couldn't into memory deallocation, but this is insane. It even rises (albeit slower) while PAUSED.

Okay... Update on the weird memory increases.

Apparently, somehow, Pixelmon isn't at fault for the memory dumping at all. Something else is.

I can't seem to disable anything so it looks like I'm gonna have to remove them one by one and figure out where the issue is.

Apparently, either Forge or Minecraft itself is pulling this memory dump thing. Still no clue WHY it's not trying to deallocate any of it, but something's fucking with it's ability to do so, and it's way lower level than I thought.

FOUND THE PROBLEM

If anyone else is having issues with constant memory floods, this is exactly why it's happening.

There are, as you likely know, two tags for memory usage in the Profile Editor's JVM Arguments menu: -Xmx and -Xmn.

-Xmx sets the maximum amount of memory that can be used. -Xmn, on the other hand, does an even more important job- It chooses a point where memory needs to be cleared.

If your -Xmn tag is the same value as your -Xmx tag, the game won't attempt to unload memory until it hits the -Xmn limit, causing a memory overload and then the whole thing has to sort itself out.

To solve the issue, simply remove the -Xmn argument. Then the game will be able to clear memory as normal and it'll run silky smooth!

Just had to manually install each file. I found them by inputting the missing file name into google.(using the file in the error as an example) "com.typesafe.akk:akka-actor_2.11:2.3.3"
I got all the missing files(yes, there were plenty) from the mvnrepository site. Just download the file, browse to where it needs to be put(the folder will be already there), and drop it in.

Assuming you're still in the thread: Ensure that the file is the exact file you need. I had a moment where the file I thought I was putting in there happened to be a very similar but incorrect one.
Beyond that you have to ensure the file is in the folder it belongs to. This might seem pretty simple, but considering there's plenty of similar folder names, it's not impossible to make a mistake. Make sure the file goes right into the last folder in the chain, too.
Beyond that, I can't help you.

This, It's honestly one of the better built towns on the server.

Is this map 5? I remember map 1 was short, 2 was great, 3 had all the biomes autism and the town fuckton away that delayed the server opening, and 4 had the shitty prebuilt towns.
