This is an Ability thread, not a move thread.

Ill Temper: Single target status moves will also act as physical attacks with 40 base power. They also bypass certain moves that check for status moves, such as Taunt or Sucker Punch.

As a check, it probably wouldn't bypass Substitute unless it modifies a sound-based move.

Bad Aim
Functions differently depending on battle type.

Well, it has a 25% chance to miss, so really only 75% for status, 85% with Wide Lens, which may actually be worthwhile on this mon.
