>/vp/ will never recover from Gen 6
>XY was mediocre and they decided to remake the worst Pokémon games instead of releasing a second version fixing the mistakes
>>26549709
Just like every new gen is the worst yet for a while right?
>>26549731
I wonder how people like you will deal with X and Y still being hated a year from now as much as it is now?
>>26549709
/vp/ was pretty alive until ORAS
now even the "hype" season doesn't seem to generate much hype anymore
>>26549739
Hello newfriend.
>>26549739
Of course it will get some hatred even later. There is no generation with no hatred, specially on 4chan.
>>26549747
>now even the "hype" season doesn't seem to generate much hype anymore
to be fair, last month was the first time GF shown anything about SM that was actually worth a shit
I will recover.
>>26549724
Nintendo hasn't listened to criticism since the 2010s started. Its no use.
>>26549787
Now that iwata is dead maybe they will.
>>26549749
What's up?
>>26549750
But people act like people will suddenly love it next gen. It'll be the new DP and continue to be called the worst in general, rather than pull a Gen V and be loved.
>>26549797
DP is a better game than BW1.
>>26549797
>implying people don't love DP now
>>26549787
The thing is that they listened the Hoenniggers.
>>26549787
They do listen, just not to you.
>>26549802
>>26549807
well alright then.
>>26549787
They did listen. The problem is that they listened to smartphone users.
I think the inly people who dont like x and y are people with either an old 3ds or 2ds. Once you get an x y the experience is completely different
>>26549808
>>26549812
>>26549822
Therein lies the problem. They listen to a small, enclosed minority - probably children of their own workers - and project them onto the whole consumer base
>>26549840
They actually listen to the majority. It's us who are the minority.
>>26549847
So where can I go to get my voice heard? I'm quite sure Nintendo are very selective over who they listen to.
>>26549880
Club Nintendo surveys were one; the reason IntSys went through with the idea of gutting the story in Sticker Star was because less than one percent of people on it said anything positive about the story, the majority saying it just got in the way or sucked or failed to mention it.
That's not really possible anymore, though. Your best best is focus groups now.
