Mismagius already have 495 bst so i don't see it getting a evo, a Ghost/Fairy with Pixilate would be pretty good.

High special attack and good speed, Fairy would help it deal with Dark types, and Pixilate would give it stab to Hyper Voice.

Never really got the appeal of froslass but she can be cute too.
