Rampardos is my fav, but Kabutops and Tyrantrum are close. I just loved digging underground in gen 4 and finding that fossil like I was some archaeologist. I loved how it wasn't just handed to you, or extremely easy to find, or just part of the story. You had to go out and find it, and it was awesome. He's got an amazing attack stat, too, which is a big plus.

Tyrantrum finally existing gave me a reason to build a dinosaur theme now that it had its main mascot. A ceratopsian is necessary for a dinosaur theme so I bred a Bastiodon with Fissure and it's also become one of my favorite fossil Pokemon now.
