No actually Flying Press is like all other moves, Mono typed. It is just a Fighting type move as it only gains STAB from Fighting types and only affected by Fighting Type booster items such as Black Belt or Fist Plate. No Flying type boosters increase the damage, nor does the Pokemon using it get STAB if it only has Flying as it's type. Coba Berry, which weakens SE flying type attacks, does not activate when using Flying Press either.

The added Flying type damage is an effect bonus. Very similar to how Freeze Dry can deal SE damage to Water types despite having no type advantage. If Flying Press has it's type changed by Electrify or Normalize, Only Fighting changes making it deal Electric and Flying Damage under Electrify or Normal and Flying Damage under Normalize.

It is in the same boat as the moves that deal typeless damage despite having types.

Its Damage is dual typed, but the move itself is not. A true dual typed move will gain STAB for both types and be enhanced by type affecting items.
