It's "Youkai Watch". Fuck the localisation team. It's a long vowel sound. I guess the hyphen could technically be a long vowel sound but no one outside of Japan would ever even thing to pronounce that as a long vowel.

Still a really shitty start. Played the game myself, not really charming.

I like most monster catching games. Yokai Watch's biggest mistake is the lack of monster customization. The only real modification you can make is how often your ghosts do shit and their stat growth. I think that's something fundamental to the genre that the series really needs.

Frontier slowed the pace down and became less visually pleasing for some reason and they took away the 3-on-3 battles (you only control one in 3).
