Evolite is generally a cure all for most shitmons.

Their really needs to be more held items like it. Except for different stats, and for base level mons. (Legendaries omitted, obviously)

yes since the thing is designed as a wall, it doesnt need attack, it needs to stay alive until toxic does its job. and eviolite clops is much better at it than noir.
