I don't agree with the exact tiers but yeah that's pretty much all the ones worth playing with mainline style.

BW1 or ORAS could debatably go into decent because they have enough differences from BW2 and Emerald to make them worth checking out, and Gale of Darkness needs to be somewhere on there.

It does gen 1 better than the actual gen 1 games though.

There's no reason to go back to original RB unless you like how broke those games are. Yellow gets a pass because it fixed missingno and you get all the starters.

I'd put yellow on decent tier at least. That's until they remake Yellow for Gen7 after SM

Emerald last time I played it was for 2009 but I've played it three-four times.

BW/BW I played them in 2010 and 2012, but only once each game.
