Nothing, the blue pentagon is just a region-checker, showing what gen it was caught, hatched or received in. Older pokemon caught in previous gens will not have that mark, even if they are legitimate pokemon.

Maybe. I still think it's possible that S/M will cover the remaining 2 pentagon games, but my money's on it being Gen 6-only, sort of like how tournament-legal trading cards rotate every few years.

But fuck rebreeding. I'm either injecting or just sticking to the in-game battle facility. Competitive just isn't worth it for me anymore.

Hey, Game Freak brought it on themselves. I spent god knows how long breeding mons in Y and Omega Ruby, and I'm sure as fuck not going to start from scratch all over again, just so I can get the same mons with the same IVs, same Natures and most likely identical EV spreads, with the only difference being no Move Tutor moves.

Fuck that.

In game battle facilities in gen 6 are a joke though. I want the Battle Frontier. I only put my time towards Emerald and Platinum/Heartgold/Soulsilver because the battle facilities are kind of awesome.
