That would have been cool, but instead it was some random furfag and his Lucario because shilling. Although granted ORAS says Ray was the first pokemon to mega evolve and that is how it was discovered, so I dunno.

He was a decent attempt at a neutrally aligned character, kinda weak, but eh, GF is hit and miss with character writing. Pretty cute though, decent husbando material. 6.5/10

A great character who was criminally underused in the plot, suffered the same fate as N in playing second fiddle to Gaycheese at the last minute, because GF were like "shit guys we can't just have a different and complex antagonist, we need a boring clichéd villain like every other Pokemon game"

Actually it was probably because of Dennis that they had the chance to shine the way they did. Also Ghetsis made up for it because of how threatening he was compared to most of the villains in the franchise.

I think Colress wasn't really put in prison. I wanna believe that Pokemon researchers have extralegal rights and are often above the law compared to everyone else.

Even those that sully their hands with a criminal organization are given relatively light sentences and serve a comfy term in a prison that's better than most hotels with the requirement they must continue research when needed and their labor requires them to go out in the field when needed assisting under police supervision.

The only way they lose these powers is if they do something exceptionally nasty like murder or diddle children.

One of the best characters in the series.
