I'd say Rotom is my favorite. Not online does it have a lot of competitive use, it's also adorable. I think all of its forms are interesting, but I prefer plain Rotom. I occasionally use one that holds a Focus Sash and uses Confuse Ray, Thunder Wave, Hex & Thunderbolt. It's a lot more effective than people'd think!

Also it had a really great episode in the anime, and it gets a fun but short segment in DP.

I think this thing's whole skeletal vampire look is fucking awesome.

My three favorite legendaries are Regigigas, Kyurem, and Zygarde. Regi's a favorite because I always enjoyed the trio, and he stands out the most. Kyurem because I've always enjoyed Ice types and his stark difference between the other two dragons intrigued me. As for Zygarde, he just seemed so unusual that I instantly loved him. The latter two getting new forms and such were just icing on the cake.
