Scald definitely needs to be lowered to only 20% or 15% chance of burn. Or have it's base power lowered to like 60 or 50 or something. Now it's way overpowered. Also I wouldn't mind healing lowered to only healing 40 percent. And a new damage formula that increases how much attacks do now by 20 or 30 percent. Stall is way overpowered.

This is just a difference of taste. The right amount of RNG is what makes the game fun for many people. Then there are people who want more for some reason (swagger faggots, parafusion, etc) and the people who want none (autists who can't handle random events screwing up their CHECKUMATEU plans.)

Having enough RNG in a game keeps it from being stale.
