Back in gen 1 a wild Kadabra took out 3 of my pokemon while in Cerulean cave. I was so shocked that I caught the motherfucker and hes been one of my best bros ever sense.

I never cared for this line of Pokemon, but I got one in a Wonderlocke of X and it completely changed my perspective. He lived!

After complaining about lack of fire types in Hoenn for so long, and wanting something different than Blaziken/Ninetales, I decided to try Torkoal. I wouldn't ever think a slow fire tank would be that much fun. The only thing that even makes a dent in the Elite 4 is Walrein.

This beast right here. My second shiny (first was Shuppet in Sapphire, literally the first time ever seeing or hearing about a shiny, red Gyarados went over my head I thought it was one of a kind), caught him in Y without even looking for shinies amd named him Hindenberg. The guy just doesn't die and he practically carried me through the game. Now I have a soft spot for ghost types.
