Rock is nerfed way too much, it's already a pretty shitty type. It has the same problem as ice - very strong offensively but absolutely terrible defensively. And like Ice where most water types learn Ice Beam, most Pokemon can learn Rock Slide and/or Stone Edge.

Ice can be SE to bug. Most bugs can't survive the snow.

Make Grass resist Fairy
Make Ice resist Flying and Ground
Remove Fairy's arbitrary Bug resist
Make Psychic neutral to Steel
Make Rock resist Ghost (RIP)

Not the best but it evens the playing field a bit better.

Steel super effective on Dragon becomes you use swords to slay dragons

Steel should take neutral damage from Psychic, and only Fire, Flying, Ice and Poison should resist Bug.

And ice doesn't need an offensive buff, nor should it resist grass, an already terrible offensive type.
