Machamp. it has better 1v1 moves, is faster, and, if not going by a static, stand in place and eat hits jrpg battle, it is much more mobile and has two additional limbs.

Conkeldur is tougher, but has to fight defensively due to its poor mobility. Machamp gets to fight entirely on its own terms, while Conky has to react, which is a bad place to be forced into.

Conkeldurr probably wins Arm-wrestling, though.

Game rules, Machamp Dynamicpunch pretty much seals it.

Machamp will usually win through outspeeding and dynamicpunch, but if the confusion doesn't work then Conkeldurr can wear it down with a couple drain punches then finish it off with mach punch

You say as if both have the same total, but only different distributions, what is not true. Machamp is not sacrificing stat points to get the extra limbs perk, he simply has that advantage. On the other hand, Conkeldurr has two blocks of concrete as an advantage, which is not that much in my pov, since both are known to have strenght that can break concrete.

Of course, irl, these "stats" reflect on the appearance, but in pokemon world, stuff seens to work differently, especially when the question is about how much damage an attack can deal.

In fact, it would certainly weigh them down and give them less speed, which is a huge disadvantage in... wait for it... fighting.
