Chimecho is an oddball. It's not indexed in the right order, and shares a motif with Jirahci, and has an absurd catch rate.

It being last in the index is really odd. Unless it was going to be 'Jirachi', then shoved aside in favour of the better design, but ultimately put back in the game without being modified, I really have no fucking idea why that's the case.

In BW went to dragon spiral tower to fish in the bubbling water for dragonair and dragonite which are 5% and 1% respectively, Surprisingly only took me to get about 10 mins to get both, both at lvl 70.
Though i know i've spent hours trying to encounter some 1-5% pokemon.
