Just general opinions on Gardevoir, thoughts, including the stigma surrounding it, playability in games, etc. I really like Gardevoir, been using one since X, but I want to know what /vp/ thinks of it.

Will SM finally give us a waifumon to surpass Gardevoir? I'm getting tired of it.
>>
I almost hope it doesn't, since it'll just give genwunners another reason to not accept newer gens. I wouldn't even know what direction they'd go in if they were to make another waifumon.

/vp/ hates popular Pokemon.

She has a great design and is powerful both in-game and online.

>>26283485
Gardevoir is nearly impossible to replace at this point.

A great pokemon that's gathered a large portion of creeps and shitposters. I don't really let that kind of stuff bother me though, I've been using one since Sapphire.

Thoughts: A very cute Pokemon with an interesting concept behind it. The idea of an empath that would fight for you can inspire you to fight as well, which is probably why so many people waifu it so hard.
And in case you want that thought, Gardevoir is for hug, for me no Pokemon is for fug.
Stigma: Way too many people making it weird, probably because again, the concept appeals to a lot of people that either suck at finding a significant other or are otherwise lonely. Especially the just plain lonely ones, they tend to latch on a lot harder and not know when to stop.
Playability: Meh. I mean there's some cheesing you can do with it, especially playing through the game itself, but in competitive it's not the easiest mon to use... Even in doubles with the mega it feels somewhat subpar to me.

Gardevoir was by favorite pokemon back when I was 9.

Finding porn of it was a bit traumatic.

Gardevoir's been my favorite since Gen 3 when I caught a Ralts as an Abra replacement on a whim. Other than that I'm a quiet degenerate and writefag.

Well, voir's design is both advantage and disadvantage.
Gardevoir has great design and is one of well designed psychic pokemon, but fact gardevoir looks similar to female human just give people dirty ideas, also natural loyality of this pokemon just makes "Perfect material for autentic poke-girlfriend".

Also gardevoir is strong pokemon in battles,

For me gardevoir is one of perfect pokemon to use as both as battlemon and petmon.
>>
I don't care one way or the other, it does nothing for me.
>>
>>26283447
good for fug. Now no girl will try to bribe you with sex

But imagine if there was a hotter Pokemon.

Gardevoir IS OVER
>>
I think design wise its a stick figure with a dress. I didnt think much of it battle wise but ever since its fairy typing, ive had a harder time landing Super Effective moves on it and am more at their mercy

Gardevoir was only good in Gen 6, or it'd forever be a glorified fap material shitmon like Lopunny.

I think its fanbase is nothing but secretly fascinating, and hope that they transfer all that energy into real life someday. By how they fawn over these pixels, man I wish my husband looked at me in that way.

>man I wish my husband looked at me in that way.
Have you tried being a lewd sluttish waif and possible trap?
>>
>>26283447
Will elaborate later, but extremely cute, and a lovely concept behind it.
>>
>>26283447
Gardevoir has been one of my best psychic types for a while and the fairy type just enhanced her usability.
>>
>letting pokefuckers affect your view of a pokemon
It was just a crappy alakazam when I first decided to level one in RSE, but I thought it looked much cooler at the time. Like a wraith or some shit. The fairy typing was a net gain and by default makes it one of the better looking mons of the type.
Overall, it's in my top 30 for sure. I don't love-love it, but it's pretty damn alright.

>mfw it is female Swampert and male Gardevoir
I didn't know I wanted it.

Nice in-game sis, good moveset, nice in-game model, nice fanart but shit anime representation.
About the 'stigma', I think /vp/ likes to complain too much.
>>
>>26283447
It's a good Pokemon to use, the porn is great, the threads that get made for it are autistic as fuck like you OP.
>>
This is what the ralts-line should look like in real life.
>>
>>26292144
I'd still fuck it.
>>
>>26292439
I don't think it's possible to fuck it... physically. Though it might end up laying its eggs where the sun don't shine.

I want to have kinky brain sex with it.

The whole reason that people love Gardevoir, other than its feminine beauty is because of its loyalty and psychic power. Even if it looks like a mix between a wedding dress and a floating jellyfish in real life.
>>
Didn't really care for it until STAB Pixilate Hyper Voice became a thing

Now it's pretty awesome
