How do you guys organize your boxes?

I have balltism, so I'm organizing it by pokeballs. It's getting out of hand though because for each poke, I keep at least one male for egg moves and a female for rebreeding.

Do event moves come back via move relearner if we delete them in sixth gen? I dug up an old Psycho Boost Lugia and RoT,SR,and SF Arceus and I'm planning on training them which means move deletion. (Granted I'm planning on making the Lugia a fun offensive in game usage Lugia that retains Psycho Boost but I'm still wondering)

Also what form does everyone recommend for a fun in game usage sp,atking Arceus? That Arceus mentioned above is modest and I'm got bulky ones up the ass at this point so making another one is pointless.
