No! Litten's final evo will be a Fire/Poison sabre-tooth called Smoulidon. It'll have an obsidion/volcao theme going on with noxious gas steaming off of its shoulder vents. It'll also have a kickass scorpion tail which gives off mad manticore vibes.

Well my own post has sunken down so I'll rewrite it here.

Here's is why I think Litten won't be bipedal after it evolves :
Gamefreak seems to try hard to make Litten very cat-like, not only does it looks like a cat, it also act like one.
The way he grooms himself, the way his fur rises on his back when attacking, those are things that wouldn't look very good on a bipedal cat.
I think Gamefreak really wants to keep this cat-attitude, and that's also why I don't think it will become a big tiger either.
