Yeah, but hyper offense also saw a big rise to the point that half of hyper offense got sent to ubers. Stall probably wouldn't have risen nearly as much if we still had things like M-Lucario, Aegislash, and Mawile that can absolutely crush defensive strategies.

Maybe Gale Wings could give a 1.5x speed boost for every turn using a flying move. Or just give a permanent speed boost on every flying move. Still fast and a bit of a nerf, but leaves it open to priority..
