Tried my best. My main issue with the design is that the snout looks glued on rather than being a part of the head, so that's the main fix here, along with the bottom half of the body being pure blue. Apart from that, just gave it smaller ears and nose. Might keep going and see what happens.

Really, the weirdest thing about it is the mouth. It looks so flat on that snout. Other than that, it's obviously one of those sea lion performers.

Said it in another but I don't care for its overall body shape because it feels "molded". Like, the nose kind of looks like a seperate shape that was stuck onto the head, and how the fins aren't detailed and are just flat blobs with the lines to give the impression of fins, and the back ones got nothing so they just look like blobs period. It's hard to explain. It's not a big deal but it makes me not like the design. That and >clown seal

I'd be okay with the big ears if they were more detailed, but as they are they're just featureless blobs. They don't look that great.
I get the sneaking suspicion that its weirdly-shaped body and limbs is meant to invoke a balloon animal, but it didn't turn out quite right and just made it look strange.
