Honestly it's dopey enough to be water fairy, not reall sure what other type it would be. Rowlet is going to stay grass flying and maybe the mega evo if it has one will be grass dark. My thoughts
Rowlet might remain grass/flying or turn into grass/fighting. Seems to have quite the bulky build but if it turns part fighting whi knows. Owls are quite agile.
Litten just looks like a fast physical attacker. Final form could be fire/dark or fire/poison based on the description.
Popplio is the most intriguing honestly. I like it even though it gets the least love that may be because its based on a sea lion like Samurott but it's not like we don't have like 20 cat pokemon already. All I'm saying is don't underestimate it. As for typing and stats... don't really know looks like a mediocre mixed attacker might have good speed or get swim swift.

I see that you don't know shit. There are a total of 12 pokemons that can learn as many HM's as Bibarel, and 4 that can learn more HM's than Bibarel.

Tropius is one of the best Slaves because it can learn all 4 nonWater based HM's, which means that you use Sharpedo as your second slave, which has the ability to move twice as fast as any other pokemon when using surf.

And if we take into consideration all field moves, Bibarel gets even further behind, since it can only learn Dig and Secret Power, while Tropius can learn Sweet Scent, which is very useful in case you are playing ORAS and prefer soaring instead of flying.
