Personally, I think that could work out, but the Co-Leaders would have to cooperate quite a bit.
They'd need the operate out of the same gym and have teams with the same Pokemon, same abilities, same movesets. The IV/EV distribution wouldn't have to be identical, but their stats would have to be similar enough.
I wouldn't want to feel fucked over because the Co-Leader I had to fight uses hexaperfect carefully calculated spreads while the other guy just has randos he caught last night.

Yeah, I worked my ass off to make the island look less like a random generation error and more like a legitimate floating island. The others suggested that glowstone was added to imply that it was helping keep the island aloft, and it looked nice after it was added, especially with shaders on. I do have to admit that I'm not the best at buildings, though. It may not show as well in this lighting and angle, but I tried to smooth out the balconies' supports with logs and slabs. I also tried to avoid the box-like shape that many Minecraft buildings tend to develop by cutting off the corners and making them log supports.

I can understand the issue being had, since mobs with Lvls >40-50 are really quite rare.

I'd suggest some kind of arena. Command_Blocks could do most of the automation. a few times a day, the command blocks will spawn some spawners with particular parameters around the arena (Level range and what not) for a set length of time. During this time, players can go for their lives WITHOUT access to a healer. The arena opens it's doors every 15 minutes during an event. This would allow for burst grinding, rewards, and serve as a community activity.

The dungeons Zero_Din is building can be used for grinding

Here is the concept I gave you in a visual way. You may need to choose different routes for the wiring so that the player can fall to the floor below, but it should work okay so long as you set the diodes to a good number of ticks.

Netherrack is not an issue, it's pretty much everywhere in the nether, obviously. Pick a portal near you (or the one at spawn, please walk past whatever the people there are building, and dig up the waals and floor untill you have enough. Redstone is also not a problem, if you have a pickaxe and 15 minutes. the glowstone's going to be the hard part, but keep in mind thaat electic pokemon often drop it, like the pikachu's that are alarmingly common in the birch forests.

Honestly i'd say the hard part is the ranch itself, but there are a few open ranches available.

This one is super easy to fix. You just need to allocate AT LEAST 2GB OF RAM in the profile settings menu before launching. It will not do this for you. Forge will not properly launch without it. The default is 512mb.

That's asking for some shitposting, but overall, JamboneButtsteak a good guy, along with The AxxFactor. /Most/ folks are pretty cool though. UristMcStoutHorn will occasionally sperg at people for wanting to be spoonfed, and there's the usual semi-unsavories.

We recently had a new gym leader application process happen, and several gyms/dojos have been going up and look pretty good. Uncle_Dubya has one in the nether, which is also a good place to grind SpAtk EVs.

There's a maze somewhere, made with string which is fun. I'm waiting for it to actually be used for something.

Vajjegirl is cool enough , but hated by black knights (grey knights a best). Nitro is super comfy farm themed town. Prometheus II is an alright guy, bit strange and gets bullied because of it. Weezer has griefed previously, claims unintentionally. Gym applications are underway. Fugland is a nifty loose town with a very cool tower. There's a shit meme that won't die where a player mimics the Pixelmon legendary has spawned declaration, similar to "you looked at the hole I made with my fingers, dont you feel a fool" thing that 10 year olds do. Incedo plans on building a functional Sky Pillar.

I usually just abuse the fishing physics bug (which allows pokemon in water when hit by a fishing rod to go soaring if the alignment is right.) and ocean spawning (build a dirt platform over an ocean biome, leave chunk, re-enter chunk to let the pokemon respawn, rinse and repeat until you have uncommon mons (as often they're either lumped into the beach biome or theres little room for them to spawn)).
