Most birds of prey would be Dark/Flying

I know we already have a vulture bird, but vultures can digest rotten meat, totally worthy of poison/flying.

Pretty much every animal is some combination of Normal (or Bug), Water, Ground, Flying, and the occasional Poison. Animals that live in cold places would be Ice. Some Electric.
