Houndoom, Suicune, Absol, Luxray, Liepard and Meowstic

Gen 1: Bulbasaur, no contest. He's been my go to starter since 1998. Lots of history there, and he'll always be my #1.

Gen 2: Sunkern. There's always been something endearing about the little guy. He's the worst, statistically, but he's still so happy.

Gen 3: Not an easy choice, but probably Salamence. I remember being 10 and my friend traded me a Bagon egg, and I had no idea what it was. Then when it finally evolved and I recognized it from Drake's team I was so psyched.

Gen 4: Infernape. Not just because he's a starter, but because his design is so cool. Son Goku from Journey to the West really stands out in his design, and he's got so much character.

Gen 5: Dewott or Joltik, it's a toss up. Dewott is easily the best starter design from BW, and it's just a good bro. Joltik is small, cute, and uniquely typed, which always appealed to me.

Gen 6: Gogoat is brogoat.
