Looking for Y rom

We don't have 3ds emulators yet, lad
The best you'd be able to do is a DS emulator with 4 or 5th gen games (X/Y are 6th gen)
desmume is the DS emulator everyone uses

Another question, is theyre any game that has previous generation pokemon aswell? That's why I was so interested in Y cus my friends told me it had pokemon from gen 1 to capture.

If you want to use pokemon from previous generations I think your best bet would have to be black 2 or white 2, I haven't played them that much but I remember being able to catch lots of gen one pokemon (growlithe is the one that I remember most)

Well yeah X/Y would be the best for that
I guess the runner up would be Heart Gold/Soul Silver. 4th gen game, remakes of Gold/Silver.
I think you'll need a patch for those ones though, pretty sure it was 4th gen that started putting anti piracy stuff in their games.
