I don't think so, and even there are more physical attackers and moves than the ones that existed back on Gen II and Gen I. Snorlax stopped being the king long time ago also.

As soon as the Kanto Classic was announced, I started hoping that they would do one for best gen. Didn't actually expect them to do it, but I'm overjoyed at the very least.
