The spawn rates are not lowered by people on the server, don't talk like you know what you're talking about. And drop the trip, no one cares if you're an autist or not and we all know you are from your actions in-game anyways.

Every 2.5min (usually, but our tick rate is a bit slow) the game rolls dice. When it rolls dice, there's a 30% chance to spawn a legendary in a biome that someone is in. It is not tied to people on the server at all.
The reason Strong's alts were lowering everyone's chances was not because the spawn rates were lowered, but because there was an increased chance that a legend would spawn in a biome that he was in, and thus a decreased chance that a legend would spawn in a biome anyone else was in.

So, still pissed because of what happened to me, I did a short empirical trial in creative mode.
I placed 10 cloning machines and caught 10 mews, attempting to clone each mew until I got a mewtwo or it had been cloned 3 times.
See pic for results of how many times I had to clone each mew to get a mewtwo.
Based on this, it would seem that the wiki is incorrect/misleading and the chance of getting a Mewtwo with 3 diamond blocks is about 8/22 or ~36%. That'd mean the chance of getting a Mewtwo with 3 attempts is about 75%.
Or I was just extremely unlucky. But that's very unlikely.
