Wow, I really thought this thread would've crashed and burned by now. I only really added the "signature move" bit to give some flavor, it wasn't meant to be a full move set. Just the idea of a pokemon whose general design can be summed up in "it sings" or "it uses low kick" or stuff to that effect seemed like it would help flesh things out beyond the vagueness of, "Type A/Type B." It turns something like "it's a Fire/Electric type" into "it's a Fire/Electric that's known for using Stock Pile." The rest of the move set or learn set was just kinda left open to practical arbitrary choices.
